SLAUGHTER
Yearly this Upstate NY family gets together to slaughter the cows they have been raising on their organic farm. Each member of the family has their own part in the two day process. From killing the cows to cutting and packaging the meat, no part of the cow gets discarded. The tongue gets pickled and the fur gets sold. Each of the 10 family members walks away with meat to last them through the year until the next slaughter.
